Revenue generationPerformance goalsResponsible to generate brokerage primarily through advising clients on their portfolio.Client network developmentDevelop and maintain a long-term relationship with customers and maintain a high level of retention of the client base.Focus on generating new business and build a client network.ComplianceMaintain a high level of compliance as per company norms.Eligibility:1. Graduation Mandatory – Any Discipline2. NISM 8 Mandatory.3. Should have min 1-2 years of experience in Equity Dealing. Should have good communication skills.Can deal with clients and solve their query.Confident with sound knowledge of the Equity market.Day-to-day update of market, ups, and downs.Target Achiever.
