Relationship Manager

Shining Estates Pvt. Ltd.

We are searching for a highly motivated, goal-oriented Relationship Manager for our sales team, who will be required to communicate and explain the ongoing project to the leads, attend walk-ins & work towards converting inquiries into bookings.
The ideal candidate is going to be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the clients’ objectives and challenges and creating strategic recommendations based on this understanding. you’ll do so by building a robust relationship with our clients. Essentially, you’ll act as the main point of contact for our clients.

Responsibilities

– Generating leads & following up with existing leads.
– Growing our channel partner network and increasing engagement with the prevailing network.
– liable for cold calling and site visit executions, negotiations, and converting the potential leads into bookings i.e. deal closing.
– planning to achieve targets of sales.
– Maintaining accurate records
– Maximizing sales conversion ratios
– Building… productive and trustworthy relationships with customers
– Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
– Reporting on a day to day basis .

Schedule:

· 6 Days Working and Monday off
· Day shift

Qualifications
• 6 months of Experience in real estate sales background
• High levels of passion and ownership
• Experience in direct sales
• Good selling and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• bachelor’s degree required (BA/BSC/BBA/ MBA/BCOM preferred)
• Proficient in using computer skills i.e. MS Office, Client Relationship Manager software, etc.
• Candidate must have two-wheeler with license
• Candidate should be comfortable in English and Hindi
