Education and Skills required-
•Graduate/Post Graduate in Commerce.
•Chartered Accountant/ Company Secretary will be preferred.
•Hands-on experience in performing financial analysis; internal and regulatory reporting; accounting operations; budgeting;forecasting that lead to long-term improvements in cost savings, profitability and productivity.
•Analyzing the financial aspects of the entity, sharing the reports with management and formulating financial budgets/controls/policies.
•Experiencedindevelopingandimplementingfinancialcontrolsinthesysteminordertohelpthegrowthandgoalachievement of the organization by working in coordination with internal & external stakeholders.
•Proven expertise in managing and improving business processes in close co-ordination with operations along with adherence to statutory guidelines.
•Proficient in developing MIS reports to be submitted to top management; working on development of sales/demand forecasts and creating P&L forecast… accordingly
•SteeringoverallaccountingoperationsandauditfortheorganizationincludingAudit,collections,purchase,contract compliance,receivables,deposits,disbursements,fixed assets and inventory.
•Skilled to collect,summarize & interpret financial data and present conclusions gained from analyzing large financial datasets using statistical tools like VBA Macros.
•Proficient in computing & arranging for timely deposit of taxes and filing of returns for timely completion of assessment and ensuring statutory compliance;managed GST returns Like GSTR1, GSTR2,GSTR-3B& GSTR9.
•Goal-driven with combination of excellent commercial sense and problem-solving & analytical skills.
•Familiarity with MS Office and ERP Software.
Experience- 8-10 Years.
