We are looking for an experienced candidate to come on as a Head of Digital Marketing, and to be with us in the long run, helping grow Servr from a start-up to the world’s leading Hospitality software company. At Servr, we are building a motivated and entrepreneurial team that is passionate about servr values, technology & the hospitality Industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating & leading an effective digital & social media marketing strategy to propel business growth. You will work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs, act as a company brand ambassador to external sources, design and… deliver a digital marketing strategy that augments in generating successful leads through well-crafted digital marketing campaigns in order to drive revenue growth.

We are also looking for a candidate who knows how to build and scale start-ups as well as someone who has experience selling B2B, as our target market is influenced by decision-makers within the hospitality industry.

What You’ll Do
• Lead the marketing function; design, develop and deploy marketing strategies that drive revenue growth
• Identify growth opportunities for brand identity, positioning, and voice
• Developing and executing online and offline campaigns, including digital marketing, brand partnerships, on-ground activation, etc. to drive traffic to digital channels or sites
• Self-initiate idea generation, provide inputs, and push efforts to drive the efficacy of marketing activities (content development and optimization, advertising, etc.
• Analyzing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
• Drive weekly, monthly, quarterly optimization tactics that consistently improve each channels’ conversion and efficiencies
• Proposing new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as testing new approaches to capture existing demand
• Streamline and elevate multi-channel digital marketing efforts to drive inbound leads
• Planning and executing initiatives to reach the target audience through different channels: community/influencer development, word of mouth, email marketing, offline & online events, etc
• Working closely across teams to share ideas, feedback & present results

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a min 8 years of relevant experience
• In-depth knowledge of Google, Facebook & Linkedin advertising, and proven track record of self-executing campaigns in-house.
• Good understanding of SEO & SEM with hands-on experience in creating and implementing digital marketing strategies with a proven track record of self-executing campaigns in-house.
• Have worked in a startup with min three years of experience executing end-to-end digital marketing campaigns
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, comfortable working with the senior leadership team
• Excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to generate creative ideas.
• Growth hacking mindset, open-minded, collaborative, problem solver, highly goal-oriented individual who is proactive, self-motivated, and a strong collaborator
• Good content & copywriting skills, excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience in working with Marketing Agencies/Partners will be preferred.
