Sensibull started as India’s first Options Trading Platform. We are now the largest in Options, and transforming into a complete wealth management and advisory platform.

We are funded by and partnered with Zerodha, the largest broker in India. Our other partners include ICICI Direct, India Infoline Group, 5Paisa Capital, Motilal Oswal, Angel Broking, etc.

We are operationally profitable, tying up with new brokers, rapidly growing, and ready to go all in.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Complete client ownership – manage inbound customer queries on options over chat mail

Conduct demos walkthroughs etc for clients as well as brokers and partners

Assist customers through occasional phone calls

Handle payments and related operations

Provide customer insights to tech and product teams for feature improvement

REQUIREMENTS

Patience, maturity and genuine customer empathy

Proven Customer Support… Experience

A keen willingness to learn new things

Experience with broking or wealth management will be a bonus

Excellent written communication skills in English

Proactive attitude, initiative taker, finisher
