Job Description

Customer Service Assistant Manager


Acting as a point of contact to support customer to resolve their issues, requesting information, order management, order processing for good customer service.

• Track and update mode of shipment, Pallet size, Quantity and Information given in Sales order
• Check transfer price (TP) correctly updated in the TP tool, co-ordinate with TP team for correct TP price.
• Co-ordinate with customer and quality team for revalidation and quality check
• Revert customer with their daily queries and resolve it with accuracy
• Co-ordinate with Exim team to get the vessel booking to meet the customer requested delivery date
• Follow up and ensure with Exim team to get airfreight quotes.
• Calculate airfreight cost and ensure its update in TP tool and Sales order.
• Allocation of material and creating delivery orders as per the requirement
• Inform Plant to keep track of UN certificate expiry and renewal process
• Link between customer and plant to manage the challenge related to… Export orders.
• Inform order desk Singapore/Customer regarding new production and order updates
• Handle quality complaints like QNS, If any like Credit note, debit note/ return of goods.
• Co-ordinate with Production and Master planner for MAD (material availability date) and Status of material orders

• Possess Bachelor Degree qualification
• At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in order fulfilment and customer service.
• Have experience working with international customers
• Independent and team player
• Proficient in English and SAP (SD/MM)
