about the role

Responsible for Level 3 expert who is Proficient in Big Data infrastructure such as Hadoop, Hortonworks, Cloudera, NoSQL.

level 3 operations support required :
• incident management support
• problem management support
• Product Industrialization
• technology watch (study, documentation)
• vendor technical relations
• product release management (validation & documentation)
• training of Engineering products to other teams such as implementation, operations, Pre-Sales, and Solution & Marketing
• Presales support to each LOB
• Develop Solution proof of concept
• Project build & integration support (TTM or customer project)

about you
• Quality of support and ensure availability of Cloud and Devops services as per client’s agreement
• Meet Customer Satisfaction ( CSAT )
• Proficient in knowledge Transfer/Sharing and performing L2 Handover tasks.
• Effectiveness of Solutions/Support.
• Validation of new Products and Major Releases related to Cloud Systems with subsequent… documentations
• Validate the customer requirement & work on the customer design & Prepare the Low Level Design
• Provide support to the Pre-Sales teams for validating the build process
• Build & Integration support for TTM and complex customer projects
• Perform the initial Deployment and Validation of Big Data in Bare metal, Cloud and VMware Infrastructure.
• Follow ITIL Compliance
• Contribution towards Problem Management Process
• Level 3 (L3) Support
• Root Cause Analysis Reports on Critical and Major incidents
• Communication with all the Stakeholders
• Knowledge Base and Known Error Database
